This girl right here is pretty special to me. Emma is my beautiful niece and I met her when she was one year old. Now she is seventeen and going to be a high school senior! Wowza….where does that time go?!
For her senior photography session, we went all out…first in Kalamazoo at the lavender farm – Shades of Lavender. Keep an eye out for two more posts with two different locations, each with their own look. A downtown “city” location and portraits at the beach. So many photos!! I’m not sure she’ll ever be able to decide on a favorite for the yearbook!
Emma is so, so beautiful…..but what is even more important is that she is kind and caring and loves Jesus.
Her eyes are SO pretty! I’m not sure what color they are….kind of green, kind of blue, kind of hazel…..
I used to be afraid to shoot in the sun, but ever since I learned that it can be my friend….I just love it! The sun adds so much pop to the images and gives the photo great dimension and life.
I love the texture from the lavender and the pops of color that it provides. Perfect!
Right next to the lavender field there is a field of wildflowers too. 🙂
Her smile is one of those that just lights up the room when she walks in. You always feel happier having been around this sweet person 🙂
Gorgeous, Emma! Good luck choosing!!
Emma – watching you grow up has seriously been a blessing in my life. I can’t even begin to explain how much we love you!!
xoxo – Kellie
