Brian and Joanne’s summer elopement at Hoffmaster State Park in Muskegon was perfect. The waves were crashing against the sandy shoreline while we stood above with the most gorgeous view.
They said their handwritten vows for only the two of them to hear and started their lives as husband and wife on a simple and relaxed Tuesday morning. I’m not sure what it is about celebrations like this, but simple sometimes is better π
I love this ring shot. It may be one of my favorites that I have taken…. Maybe because it’s simple or because it’s not typical….but I just love the curve of the log and the texture of the sand with green foreshadow sneaking in from the bouquet π
Saying “I do” with the most perfect view.
There’s nothing quite like starting your life with your best friend and the sound of waves crashing behind you.
Joanne said that she loved sunflowers so much and thought of them as more of a summer flower (which totally makes sense!) so she added them to her bouquet π
Goodness, it was a gorgeous day.
Brian & Joanne – thank you for trusting me with this extremely special day and these photos. It was such an honor to take them for you and to be there to celebrate with you. Congratulations!!
xoxo – Kellie
