Do you shoot film or also digital?
I mainly shoot digital but am currently adding more and more film to my offerings and have secretly fallen in love!
Do you travel outside of michigan?
Oh goodness, yes! I have photographed weddings in California, New Orleans, Chicago, Florida, New York City, California and Northern Michigan. I have a never ending bucket list too!
Do you help us dress for our session?
Of course! I am more than happy to give recommendations, help find the perfect shade of blue and tell you what will photograph best. But as always, whatever you feel most confident in will look the best!
How many images will we receive?
Each wedding is different but we typically deliver approximately 100 images per hour of shooting (or more).
do you recommend a second photographer?
Yes, always! A second photographer is able to capture moments when I can't be in two places at once and they are also a safety net on such an important day.
what does a typical wedding collection cost?
Wedding collections vary based on the amount of coverage that you would like for your day but most couples expect to spend around $7000.00 for a full eight hours of wedding day photography coverage.
why do you shoot digital?
Digital photography is very reliable. You can verify throughout the day that images are recording properly and you can even backup while shooting. I like security.
will you ever offer a film option?
Yes! I recently started offering a film add-on for anyone that loves this iconic and nostalgic type of image as much as I do - for weddings and portraits!

do you shoot video?
Personally I can only shoot one type of media at a time but I do have an amazing team that I work closely with on wedding days for couples that request video. Wedding videography is a must!
