Grand Rapids Boudoir Photographer // Nicole!

Nicole wanted something special and unique for her hubby on their wedding day….and a boudoir album was the perfect gift! Read about her experience below!

What did you think about your boudoir experience? I thought the overall boudoir experience was uniquely-fun and empowering. Fun because I’ve never done anything like this/ before and empowering because often we, as women, are subjected to images of how the world defines beauty and often fail to see any beauty in ourself….seeing the end result helped me and know I am beautiful no matter shape, size, or color.

Is there anything you wish you would have done differently? There isn’t anything I would’ve done differently. Other than not be completely sick on the day of the shoot, but ya wouldn’t know I was by looking at the photos 🙂

How did you feel during your session? All in all, I felt normal during my session. And it was a safe, calm, and easy environment….just girls having laughs along the way.

What did your hubby think of the photos? My hubby loved the photos. He looked at the book and then all the others as well!

Is there anything else you would like to add? I would encourage all women to do this once in their lifetime. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are in life. Every woman deserves to see herself and be empowered, with the help of looking through the lens of another…or should I say ‘camera’! 😉
