On Monday, my little lady turned three! Although she isn’t a baby anymore, she will always be my baby! Isn’t that funny to think about? Although I’m almost 30, my mom still thinks of me as her baby….just goes to show the bond between a mother and her children is SO strong. I am so thankful to have wonderful parents. I truly believe their relationship is the reason I am able to be a good parent. And being a good parent is what matters most!

Of course, I did a little work on Monday (not really too much…a girl has gotta take a break!), but most of the day was spent with Addison. She was so excited for her big birthday party at Chuck E. Cheeses later that night, so we spent most of the day preparing. We made cupcakes and decorated them, watched a movie and got all gussied up to see her best friends! This actually wasn’t really a party at all, just a couple of our closest friends playing some fun games and eating some overpriced pizza! The real party will be this summer….to celebrate her 3 1/2 birthday!
