Grand Rapids Wedding Photographers // Newlyweds – Natalie & Shane!
Name: Natalie & Shane Wedding Date: August 24, 2012 Wedding Location: Camp Newaygo – Newaygo, MI
1 – How do you like being married? Does it feel any different than before?
We LOVE being married! although it really feels exactly the same as before we were married! really the only thing that has changed is my last name! 🙂
2 – Was there anything that you would have done differently on your wedding day or did it go exactly as planned?
Our day went better than we had expected it to go! we were so nervous that we had not done something or that not everything would be done before the wedding started, but everything went very smooth and as planned thanks to our amazing family and masters and mistresses of ceremony! They really kept us on schedule the whole day!
3 – Did anything crazy or funny happen that we may not know about?
Looking back on it, nothing really crazy or funny happend other than some of the groomsman getting a little drunker and louder than what I would have liked!!
4 – Did you have a favorite vendor and/or any favorite details from the day? (other than photography of course!)
Our favorite vendor was of course photography! The best part was looking back at all the gorgeous pictures you captured of the day and remembering how great it was! Our favorite details of the day were looking around and seeing all of our friends and family together and seeing how happy and excited Keagan was that the day was finally here! 🙂 I also loved all of our handmade items from the day and knowing that all the time spent making it all was well worth it.
5 – What were your favorite images from your day? Was there any special meaning behind any of them?
We loved all of the images from the day, but some of our favorites were…the one where Keagan was laughing, the one where I was kissing Keagan on the cheek while he was sitting in his chair, a lot of the pictures of just me and Shane on the board walk before the wedding, and the black and white family picture of all three of us…and really I could probably go on and on, they were all so good! 🙂
6 – Do you have any advice for brides that are currently planning their weddings?
My advice would be to not stress the little things, take it all in and enjoy the day because it will be over before you know it. Also ask some great (organized) people to be your master and mistress of ceremony. To be honest, I don’t know what I would have done without them! They kept us on track all night, since Its hard to keep yourself on schedule when you have so many people to talk to and so much on your mind!
7 – Last one…..where did you spend your honeymoon? Tell us about it!
For our honeymoon we took a road trip to Myrtle Beach and stayed right on beach!! it was awesome, although it probably would have been better if it would have stopped raining while we were there!! no matter, the road trip getting there was great! 🙂
