I met up with Cam and Jaylyn for their wildflower engagement session at a private residence near Grand Rapids. It was a gorgeous summer evening that was, thankfully, not super hot. Some days we just get super lucky! My favorite shooting weather is probably somewhat warm with some rays of sunshine poking through the clouds and I think we were blessed with that on this beautiful day!
Cam and Jaylyn are high school sweethearts. They have been dating for quite some time and next year, are becoming husband and wife. What an exciting time for them!! They brought along their two cute pups for some photos too. Dogs are always welcome!!

I love the texture and little pops of color that the wildflowers and other plants in the field brings to an engagement photo session. So, so pretty!
Don’t you just love the dog’s bow tie and handkerchief? It reads “My humans are getting married!” Cute!
