Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer // Made My Week – Vol 9!

I am starting to love these posts.  Each week, they make me take a minute, breathe and look back on my week….thinking about all the good things and accomplishments that have been in my life, big or small!  This week, a couple different things made my week.

First, I finally found a daycare for Addy!  This may not be anything substantial in others’ lives, but it is exciting in mine!  I have been working from home (full-time) since we moved to Jenison, about a year and a half ago, and never took the peanut to daycare.  It is finally time for that to happen.  I think she will get so much enjoyment out of playing with other kids, learning, sharing and just having some more interaction.  I think I will probably enjoy it a little bit too 😉

Another thing that made my week was shooting another fun and fabulous boudoir marathon.  It’s always so fun and encouraging to transform these lovely ladies into confident and sexy women that they already are!  Helena always does an amazing job making their hair and makeup look perfect.  After sitting in the styling chair, the ladies come out with 100% more confidence and are ready to rock….and boy oh boy do they!  I always say how these sessions are the modern day glamour shots!
