This work is deeply personal to me. I’m helping build an industry that’s ready for my daughter, Gabby - so that when it’s her turn to dream, celebrate, and be celebrated, the world is already open to her, just as she is.

Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer // Inspiration Tuesday – Shoes!

Everyone knows that I love to photograph details….especially shoes! I just love shoes. Almost any kind of shoes….heels, flats, boots, plain ones and colorful ones….love them all. This post is dedicated entirely to wedding shoes. When the bride and groom infuse their personality into their wedding day, it makes it that much more personal and unique. One way to do this is by their shoes. Here are some examples:

I have to start with my favorite shoes of the year. I mean, they are Jimmy Choos….how could they not be my favorites?!

The “I Do” stickers were really popular last year..

I love skinny little heels….they are so pretty with a little bit of sexy!

Colorful shoes always are fun….that little pop of color adds so much interest!

If I were getting married soon, I would be wearing something like the following few images…..no heels for me (except for photos…I’d definitely buy a pair for photos!)
