I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, and I’m also a disability advocate working to make the wedding industry more accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming. I believe love stories deserve to be told in spaces where care, dignity, and access are part of the experience - not an afterthought.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m helping build an industry that’s ready for my daughter, Gabby - so that when it’s her turn to dream, celebrate, and be celebrated, the world is already open to her, just as she is.

Grand Rapids Senior Photographer // Mikey – Class of 2019!

What gorgeous weather we have been having lately here in West Michigan. The night that I met up with Mikey and his mom we were just as lucky with the weather too. The sun was setting perfectly over the Muskegon River which makes for great photo light. Photographer heaven!

Mikey is the last of his two other siblings to graduate and I have had the opportunity to photograph them all. What a fun job I have! Here are some of my favorites from his session!
