I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, and I’m also a disability advocate working to make the wedding industry more accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming. I believe love stories deserve to be told in spaces where care, dignity, and access are part of the experience - not an afterthought.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m helping build an industry that’s ready for my daughter, Gabby - so that when it’s her turn to dream, celebrate, and be celebrated, the world is already open to her, just as she is.

Grand Rapids Photographer // “Romance” Shoot!

I have been SO excited to share this fun and pretty photo shoot opportunity that is coming this May! Shelby, from The Day’s Design, and I have been planning this for a few weeks now and can’t wait to photograph your gorgeous face. With Helena DeYoung styling your hair and make-up….you’ll fall in love with the results!

Think whimsical romance with touches of soft colors and textures surrounded by the gorgeous country landscape. Several “sets” will be created with a wrought iron bed, hanging linens, floral garlands, plush seating and many fun, playful other items that will help you make your session uniquely you!
