I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, and I’m also a disability advocate working to make the wedding industry more accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming. I believe love stories deserve to be told in spaces where care, dignity, and access are part of the experience - not an afterthought.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m helping build an industry that’s ready for my daughter, Gabby - so that when it’s her turn to dream, celebrate, and be celebrated, the world is already open to her, just as she is.

Grand Rapids Photographer // Mitch & Jen!

If you have been following the blog for the past couple of years then you will mostly recognize Mitch and Jen. We photographed their engagement session in Chicago and then their February wedding here in Grand Rapids (with no snow). They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and even have two adorable fur babies, Jed & Bonnie.

Here they are…..a few years later and happy as can be:)

Isn’t their greyhound, Bonnie, such a sweetie?! We have a greyhound too so I’m a little biased over here!
