Grand Rapids Photographer // Josh & Jasmine’s Spring Session in the Apple Blossoms!

Josh and Jasmine are so much fun!  I met these two at my church (Res Life in Grandville….we LOVE it there!) where they both are on the worship team.  Josh has incredible skills on the drums and Jasmine has been blessed with a voice that makes me tear up every single Sunday that I hear her on stage.  Our church has something incredibly special and I truly believe that it starts right here with these amazing people!

I just love how these two met.  I’m sure you can probably guess it….they met while on the worship team!  They are currently dating and as Josh says….it took some convincing on his part!  I’m sure that Jasmine agrees, but I’m glad that she finally gave in and went on a date with that cute drummer guy that she was already friends with.  Here they are, a few years later….laughing through life, putting God first and blessing countless others that they probably don’t even realize!

I had never actually met either of them in person until this day.  I had seen Jasmine a million times on stage so I felt like I already knew her a little….kind of like that feeling where you know someone because you follow them on Instagram.  Isn’t that such a funny feeling?!  Josh sits back a little further on stage and more in the dark so I had never even seen his face before!  Now, I’m happy to know them and call them friends!

Josh & Jasmine – thank you so much for allowing me to capture a moment in your lives together!  And thank you even more for blessing my family and I SO much each week.  You are beyond talented and we are so thankful for it!!
