Who says you can’t shoot in the rain?! These family photos were taken in a park outside of Grand Rapids in the early weeks of fall on an evening that just happened to have a little rain. Ok….a lot of rain! As it often happens in Michigan, the forecast was looking great so we decided to continue as planned….then as we both arrive to the park it started raining…sideways. We decided to just roll with it because we were there, ready and willing…and anyways, why not?! Memories, right?!

A bonus you get from shooting in the rain is pretty awesome looking clouds…
