I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, and I’m also a disability advocate working to make the wedding industry more accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming. I believe love stories deserve to be told in spaces where care, dignity, and access are part of the experience - not an afterthought.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m helping build an industry that’s ready for my daughter, Gabby - so that when it’s her turn to dream, celebrate, and be celebrated, the world is already open to her, just as she is.

West Michigan Family Photographer // Sadie’s Family!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting sweet Sadie for the very first time. Her mom and I had the chance to talk back and forth online for quite some time thanks to social media, but seeing each other in person is a whole other story! She was super sweet, wore the most adorable dress and had two Lucky Fins like our daughter Gabby. Being a family photographer in Grand Rapids is an amazing job to begin with, but being able to pair it with another love of mine, advocacy, quickly makes it become a dream come true.
