Grand Rapids Boudoir Photographer // Gorgeous Mieka!
Boudoir is becoming increasingly popular and more and more a favorite of mine! What a great way to make a woman feel awesome about herself! Not to mention a crazy, awesome gift for that special someone in your life!! It’s like the modern day Glamour Shots, but way more fun and with a unique, modern twist! Due to the nature of these photos, I don’t post many, but I felt like I wanted a way to show all the other ladies of the world how much fun and what a great idea it is! So…here is my solution! After each boudoir session (if the lovely lady is willing and fearless) I am going to blog a post-boudoir session interview…with just a few images….of course, leaving all the good ones for her man!!
First up…Mieka!
Mieka’s wedding to the ever-so-handsome Jay was just over a week ago….hence, finally being able to post a few photos!! Here is what she had to say about her boudoir experience!
1 – What did you think about your boudoir experience? I loved my experience!! I felt very comfortable and had fun the whole time!
2 – Is there anything that you wish you would have done or done differently? I think there’s always little things you wish you would’ve done after the fact. But there’s nothing major that stands out… I’ll just have to do what I wish I’d done at my next boudoir shoot!
3 – Did you have any misconceptions going into the shoot? Nope. It was exactly what I wanted and what I expected.
4 – How did you feel during the session? I felt comfortable and kind of like I was hanging out with a couple girlfriends for a few hours! It was easy and fun!
5 – What did your hubby think of the photos? He LOVED them!!! His reaction was exactly what I hoped for. He said it was the best idea ever!
6 – Anything else you’d like to add? I honestly think every woman should do this at least once!! It makes you feel so good about yourself and gives you a chance to let go and have fun! Not to mention watching the expression on your husbands face is priceless!
