This session belongs to one of my most favorite families. We went back and forth and then back and forth again about rescheduling this photo session due to the forecast and because of the long drive to Coldwater but we decided to just push through and go for it. I’m so glad we did! Not many high school seniors get their senior photos taken in the rain!

We used about every space we could think of as the weather went on it’s own little rollercoaster ride – the docks, the front lawn, the trees behind the house, the street, attempted the boat 😉 and then even pulled out my fave umbrellas for when the rain was a little feisty….

Despite the rain…it was so fun. (That’s because this family just went with it and didn’t let a little precipitation slow them down!).

Janell – thank you for inviting me to your family’s lakehouse and to meet the rest of your extended family. It was such a fun adventure that I won’t soon forget!
