Grand Rapids Photographer // Made My Week – Vol 10!
This past week has been a busy whirlwind…but oh-so-enjoyable! So many things made my week, but here are just a few…
Matt & Jonice are having a baby girl! Being able to be a part of their surprise announcement was so much fun and so special to me. Being able to share these special moments with my clients (and friends) is most definitely one of the perks of being a photographer. I can’t wait to photograph their sweet family once baby girl W arrives 🙂
Something else that made my week was that Addy and I were able to hang out with some of our best friends. Heather, Ashlynn and Makenna! We planned a picnic at the park day then wrapped it up with a fun trip to Costco…lol.. It’s the little things!! (Disclaimer: iPhone pic below)
One last thing that really made my week were these kind words from a favorite lady of mine!
“You’re such a popular woman! Lol Mostly because I love you and I think you have been blessed with such a great gift that you are more than perfect at! I love spreading the word about you 😉 When my grandma passed almost 5 years ago the picture I carried on my bouquet was the last picture I ever got to share with her and I wish I had taken the time to take so much more! So pictures are so important to me! But as always thanks for being so great.”
A great reminder as to why I take photos. They mean so much more to people than I know…and seem to become even more important as time goes on and as life changes…
