What an absolutely gorgeous family this is! I took their family pics around downtown Grand Rapids after we got rained out during our first try at photos a few weeks earlier (and when I say rained out….I mean a torrential downpour that came out of nowhere!). We stopped at this white breeze block wall that I love first then headed to a rooftop for some wide open space and city views.

I always start a session with the most difficult photo…..a nice smiling shot of everyone looking at the camera. So, at the end, when everyone is running around like crazy and having fun….I can relax knowing that my job is done 😉

Mary – you are gorgeous! I have always thought that! And each time I take your photos I’m reminded of it!!

David & Mary – thanks for always trusting me with your family’s memories. They are always an adventure to take and we always end up with some of my all time favorites. I hope you love them too!!
