This maternity session is so special. These two, Mike and Alicia, are our dear friends. We took some time out of our forever busy lives to take maternity photos in Sparta Michigan before this baby arrived. It was a race against the clock between Covid “stay-at-home” orders and baby’s due date, but we made it! Phew!!

The day that we took these photos was their fourth wedding anniversary….and they had to celebrate it with us. I’m not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing, but either way…we had some great laughs!

Alicia – you are one gorgeous momma. How do you get your top knot looking so messily perfect?!

Big brother Xavier….your world is about to be rocked haha!

I can’t even tell you how many tries it took to get this photo. Wait…yes I can! It took 61 clicks of my camera shutter for this one image. It was worth it!
