Centennial Barn Wedding | Andy & Kristi’s Fall Barn Wedding

I don’t even know where to start with this wedding.  Andy and Kristi are such a special couple to me.  Kristi has worked alongside me for many years, so being there for her own wedding day, photographing each special moment, is something that I will always remember.  I can recall Kristi telling me about “this guy” that she met a long time ago….who would have thought that someday he would end up being her husband and that swiping left or right would end up being such a big decision 🙂

Andy & Kristi – Thank you SO much for trusting us to capture your day.  Even though I was literally sprinting at one point and we continually were dodging rain drops….it was such an amazing day.  We hope that you look back at these images for decades and they bring you right back to your amazing day.  And Andy, if you ever need any advice on being married to a photographer, just call my hubby….I’m sure he has a tip or two!

Kristi – you are seriously the most beautiful bride.  Seeing you in your wedding gown had me teary eyed all day…

Right after their first look, Andy and Kristi read vows that they each wrote to one another.  Such a sweet moment!

Shelby, from The Day’s Design, always creates the most gorgeous bouquets.  It is such a treat photographing them.

This dirt road was the perfect spot for portraits.  Just the right amount of fall color and lots of texture lining the road.

Kristi knows that I have an obsession with cathedral veils….so she made my week by wearing one for her wedding day.  Yay!

We need to stop here for a moment and mention these bridesmaid dresses.  Holy smokes!  Each gal chose her own preferred style of gold or rose gold sequined dress and they were to die for!!

Sometimes simple details are the best.  Mother Nature doesn’t need much….she’s beautiful all by herself…

Kristi and I may have had a little too much fun playing around in the woods with her gorgeous veil.  We couldn’t move because that huge tree was shielding us from the rain that started coming down….

Onto the reception details….  Oh my, they were beautiful!  I was speechless when I walked into the barn…

Any day that there is a Cakabakery cake involved is a good day.

We always hope for a pretty sunset, but we had a pink-ish fog instead which provided for some great photos!

I just love the bottom left image.  Kristi’s mom and sisters looking on as she dances with her dad.  So sweet.
