Felt Mansion Wedding | Doug & Julia’s Holland Wedding

Doug and Julia were the sweetest couple on earth.  From the time that we started chatting over email up until their wedding day, these two were so easy to work with.  I could tell that we were going to get along just fine!

The plan was to say their “I Dos” in front of the chapel, but things quickly changed when the rain clouds rolled in, but Doug and Julia just went with it….happy that they were going to become husband and wife that day one way or another.  People like those two just make me happy!

Here is a peek into their special day….which quickly became one of my favorite wedding days that I have photographed.  So sweet, so fun and so gorgeous!

It started to rain, so our plans quickly changed.  Thankfully we come prepared!

Because it started raining, Doug and Julia couldn’t have their ceremony at the chapel as planned…

…but because of the change, their ceremony was super relaxed and much more personal inside the tent.  As they walked in together, everyone started cheering.  That wouldn’t have happened at the chapel.  Such a fun memory!

The cake topper was Julia’s grandparents…..love little details like that!

Since they didn’t have their chapel ceremony like expected, we snuck out during the reception and took a few photos in front of it because the rain had stopped.

I could have photographed these two all day…..they were so fun!
