Lansing Wedding Photographer // Ian & Alyssia!

Ian and Alyssia have been engaged for two and a half years…and have been together much longer!  They met in high school and have never looked back!  I met these two at Sean & Lauren’s wedding a couple years ago and we instantly hit it off!  I love being a part of people’s lives through photos…..makes all the blood, sweat and tears worth it!!

   

Michigan weather was it’s usual self on their day – it rained, the sun shined, then it poured….it was super overcast at times and then crazy windy!  The rain held back our plans for a first look on the capitol steps, but the inside of their sanctuary worked well 🙂

Their sweet dog, Duke, joined us for a photo!

I totally love the images at the capitol!  The rain stopped and let us have gorgeous photo weather!

One of my favorite toasts was said at this wedding:  “Congratulations today, good luck tomorrow and forever, GO BLUE!”
